Lower Moreland Swimming is a year-round, competitive swim team that competes in USA Swimming and the Suburban Aquatic League. Founded in 1993, LMOR has produced swimmers who have competed at Olympic Trials, US Open, Jr. Nationals, Futures, Sectionals, Eastern Zones, and Junior and Senior Championships.

Lower Moreland Swimming receives no direct financial support from the Lower Moreland Township or Lower Moreland School District. We rent & are permitted to use the Lower Moreland High School facilities and we reciprocate by being good citizens and maintaining/purchasing much of the pool equipment. The facilities of Lower Moreland High School (Lower Moreland Natatorium & Lower Moreland Weight Room) are rented by Lower Moreland Swimming.
