The Suburban Aquatic League (SAL) consists of teams in Montgomery and Lower Bucks Counties. LMOR competes in the Eastern Division against CORE, Council Rock, Centennial, and Central Bucks. These competitions are a great way to introduce new swimmers to swim meets!

All swimmers are eligible to participate in SAL Dual Meets. Swimmers must commit to participate by the registration deadline and the Coaching Staff will select the events for the swimmers. Meets are typically run on Saturday mornings or early afternoons, and take 2-3 hours depending on the number of swimmers competing. SAL Meets cannot run without Parent Volunteers. It typically can take up to 40 parents to run a SAL meet and volunteer duties are always split with the opposing team.

November 1st: BYE WEEK

November 8th: Girls @ CORE, Boys vs. CORE

November 15th: Girls vs. CBST, Boys @ CBST

November 22nd: Girls @ CR, Boys vs. CR

December 6th: Girls vs. CAC, Boys @ CAC

In order to swim at the following meets, swimmers must compete in at least two previous dual meets

Cross-Divisional Play-offs - December 13th, opponent TBD

Division Champs - Saturday, January 24th

League Champs - Sunday, January 25th
